To get the best possible seats for this showdown, we suggest fermenting on the higher spectrum for the London Yeast, around the 20°C to 22°C mark. This will let the esters flourish that help balance the dry hop for a TKO punch.

But in this case, you'll be drinking that achievement in a week or two and sharing it with your friends or family. We'd take that overpaying tens if not hundreds more for pre-made stuff. Being a company that specialises in home brewing and short draw draught systems (Kegerators), we have designed these recipe kits around kegging within a fridge as the end result. You of course can bottle/can or keg condition most of the recipes, but please note they may turn out differently from what we have crafted them to be.
