USAGE TIPS
It is impossible to press whole fruits. The fruits must be mashed or crushed before it can be successfully pressed.
A wine press or fruit press does not work in the same way as the regular juicer. For example, the grape cannot be pressed by the regular juicer since the cores are destroyed which will cause bitter taste. Only at the fruit press, the cores remain intact and juice can be made into wine.

Apples, pears, and other fruits must be processed before being pressed to be mash. It is better to cut them into quarters or small pieces. Use the filter bag to cover the fruits when pressing. It must be treated and seeded before being pressed into a paste.
A good puree is the prerequisite to produce fruit juice and wort. A suitable mill can be used for grinding berries, grapes, apples, pears and potatoes or similar soft fruit/vegetables.

Hard fruits and vegetables such as sugar beets, carrots or immature or core tier fruit are not suitable for fruit pressing.
While pressing apples, pears, tangerine and such fruit, the solid fruit need to be grinded to be pasty for the higher production of juice.
It is not necessary to ground the stone fruits, such as grapes, raspberries, currants, and other similar fruits because the flesh is very soft and only surrounded by a thin skin. Grounding the core in the pulp will cause the juice to become dark brown and with bitter taste.

A good juice quality can be obtained when only healthy and ripe fruit is processed. Immature, overripe, rotten, and torn fruit should be discarded. Fruits that has rotten spots or mildew may not be processed. Clean the fruit before pressing thoroughly so that no smudges enter flesh.
